Portland, Oregon, The Multnomah County Courthouse, c1915

The Multnomah County Courthouse was built in several phases between 1909 and 1914 to function as the county seat, as well as to house the jailhouse and county courts. The eight-story, neoclassical structure was noted for its granite, limestone, and terra cotta exterior.
