Shows major roadways, cities, rivers, trains and ferry crossings. Lower left hand quadrant offers an inset of the Scilly Isles. Features the fretwork border common to Johnson's atlas work from 1864 to 1869. Based on a similar 1855 map by J. H. Colton. Steel plate engraving prepared by A. J. Johnson for publication as page nos. 81-82 in the 1867 edition of his New Illustrated Atlas… Dated and copyrighted, "Entered according to Act of Congress in the Year 1867 by A. J.
